Regional Umpire Committee's Mission
To promote and advance umpiring in order to create optimal conditions of accomplishment in addition to offering a healthy development environment for umpires in the Region of Lac St. Louis.
Our Vision
Be the main resource for the development and supervision of baseball umpires in the region
Objectives
Training
Provide training for Level 1,2, and 3 umpires, according to the standards of the Provincial Umpire Committee
Excellence
Maintain a regional umpire crew in order to be able to assign them to officiate AA division games, as well as the Senior baseball leagues in the Region of Lac St. Louis
Collaboration
Offer support to umpires advancing in their career towards the PDA and eventually the PEABQ
Solidarity
Allow regional umpires to give back to their respective communities and associations
Supervision
Supervise umpires during the season to promote their development
Admission Criteria
We are looking for umpires with the will and determination to progress.
